I think this is what you are talking about. In the HF store (when you press the TAB key to open it) is he Build tab is up top on the far left. The game made items like sofas, lights, etc. is the second tab. The far right tab is the tab for modded objects created by Steam content creators. If you click on this tab it has three choices. Interior Design, Renovation and Garden.
