I'm not sure if the change to Saint Antiochus' die was intentional with patch 1.3 or if it's a bug, but basically it no longer always rolls a three. I made a mod to restore it to what it was before the patch if anyone is interested. It's a small issue but it was annoying me enough to make the effort.
