more modding options
Will there be an option to mod more than just the livery and airlines?
for example business', vehicles, equipment, planes.
I really want someone to add HondaJet-Elite-II into the game.

No, there won't be such options. The development is mainly finished (only bugfixing remains) and the entire code is not designed for such modding features. :(

Currently we are tweaking the source code to improve some features.

Well, we can make businesses: Fuel supplier, De-icing, Cafe, shop, and possibly bank but not sure on the last one

Banks, Stickers and Airportlogos by default...
As Andyc mentioned, with tweaked code it is possible to add an aircraft but yet is still based on a vanilla plane and yet only for experienced modders

shame the devs are done. there is a lot more room for this game to grow. many things can be added and developed further.

Yes, you can mod pretty much anything in the game to the level of Battletech/ Motorsport Manager, since everything is in the assembly file in C#
