I want to make a very specific mod. I want to mod out the Assembly reconstructtion mod to remove the resurgence ability since by end game it means you basically never lose a troop. I find it wildly OP.

So I did that (easy). But I wanted to add something back to the mod to compensate. Currently it gives 15HP + 8 Regen. I could bump it to 20HP and leave it at that, but I really wanted to make it regen 10 hp instead of 8.

I found where the 8 HP regen property is but it is shared (if I up it to 10 it will upgrade all race modes that regen 8 HP). General Regeneration Property.

But I can't create a new "Assembly Regenergation Property" that does 10. Is there a way to do that?
