So I've been playing the Bones of ragnvald mod for some time and I've got to the mission where I have to meet the hooded figure in the Hernar capital's castle. The issue is the Hernar are suspicious of me bc I've released one too many estmere lords from their towns. They refuse to make peace too, what should I do? Am I softlocked?
