Heya, you can download them by subscribing to each costume. If it's not downloading, you can try to enter and quit the game or restarting the steam.

Inside the game you have to refresh your costume list on the skull table by pressing the right comand on the screen, "X" for xbox controller and "E"(i think) on the pc. Hope that solves it :D
