None that I know of. And, not sure it's even possible. The only modding abilities is making maps, cars, and tools that might edit the config.txt files and / or body.txt files. There's the shopping list function in-game but, there's a lot left to be desired when it comes to it's functionality. Lots of recommendations on it in the pinned "wish list" thread.
