THE WORST CLASS IN YOUR OPINION
I wanna get a general opinion of what the worst class to play is ranging from vanilla to obscure mods included.

I think thrower is probably the most obvious "bad" class though it got removed from 1.4
though mechanically it wasn't necessarily weak or anything it just lacked content so you'd spend so long in progression using items from way before which are way weaker
once you hit hardmode you'd pretty much run out of items to begin with because so many weapons you'd think were thrower were melee, or ranged, or even magic

e.g the magic throwing dagger which functionally was a infinite throwing dagger was actually a magic weapon instead, and the shadowflame throwing knife is melee if I recall correctly despite being also being almost identical to a throwing class weapon while boomerangs and other throwables are also melee

this class overlap (at what point does a melee weapon become a magic or ranged one?) is an issue for other classes later into progression as well but they have more than enough content to make up for it, while thrower was always in a drought content wise
I think one of the only throwing weapons that were in hardmode were like poison/ichor throwing knives unless they aren't even hardmode lol

Melee, not because it's weak but because it's strong to the point of relative mindlessness; Lategame it's essentially just a class that has Mage's damage but no need to use mana.

Defender from Cerebral Mod. It's literally just the sentry part of the Summoner class except it's a different damage type for some reason.

I wish melee would lean more heavily into a close-range, defensive playstyle.
Staying at close range and dealing damage while absolutely DISRESPECTING Master Mode bosses is really fun IMO, but staying at far range while spamming projectiles is just the ideal way to play a MELEE class for some reason.

The reason melee uses so many ranged projectiles is that lategame vanilla bosses aren't designed with melee in mind. I wish they just gave melee a parry or manual spot dodge rather than turning it into "Ranger but with more defence and the damage output of a Mage without needing to pay for ammo".

Melee. It needs more thought tbh, like being able to raise shields up, more shields, stuff like that.

Magic. in Pre-Hardmode is so weak and in Hardmode is good but other class is good for me
