I see what you are saying and just looked into this but there doesn't seem to be a way to hide users from results. The only suggestion I came across is blocking them on steam but I don't think that hides their workshop results.

This is also something you might want to contact steam about to let them know people want this, as unfortunately it's not something we can do anything about ourselves.

I sent a message to steam's support and they said "Unfortunately, there's no feature to exclude a specific workshop creator when you search."

can you consider creating a Tag system when uploading images?
