If you want to have many blue nodes lead to the same choices then you need to use "empty lines" (that is, having a blue node (with words) followed by only one red node (no words) followed by on blue node (no words), then all of your red node player choices. All of the blue nodes following this can link back to the empty line by using again the empty red node followed by a paste as link to the blue empty line.

You can see in the picture above how empty red lines just become link icons after you add to them.
Thanks, wave.of.atla. I guess I missed a step and didn't quite understand. I was selecting the blue nodes and clicking "paste as link" assuming it would create the link below it. Based on your explanation I instead tried to create a new node and paste into that.
This seems to work:
Copy my "EMPTY LINE" node for loop, click the blue response node I want to return to the start of the loop, then "Add Item", then click the new "[END DIALOGUE]" node and finally "paste as link".
