I read the guide on how to make my own modded trains and add them to the game but unfortunately I have no idea what the section "Textures" in the guide says. Can someone provide me with an example on how to do them?

I want to recreate a somewhat local commuter train using tram tracks. (Ex.: https://www.stadt-wien.at/uploads/pics/Badner_Bahn_Robert_Verzo.jpg).
