There are a lot of them on Nexus, and you can even get HPN (Highpoly Nude) mods that lets you have... basically anything you could possibly want. You can even go full nude if that's your jam.

I didn't list any in the modding guide myself (funny enough, not due to the nudity reasons), but they are easy to find. I'll link the guide below just in case, since you might still want to look into other kinds of mods later on.

I already addressed that in the first section of the guide. You can read it if you have other questions, too. Odds are, someone else asked something similar before, so you'll probably find all answers to generic questions.

TL;DR: Nothing can stop you from playing online. You can't get banned no matter what you use or do. There is no system in place that can issue bans, to begin with. If you decide to use mods, just keep it to yourself and don't bother anyone. It's not cool to be a nuisance, after all.
