Hi all,
This is crazy! When I lay down a road I see the 'gridded' area and the color of the zoning. In other areas on the same map, I lay down a road and there is no 'gridded' area and the zone color does not show!

Also, I can add a district on one area, yet I am unable elsewhere. What the heck is going on?? This game used to be a lot less work!
