I want to look up.
Please unlock the camera so we can look up. I found the only way to do so is when in a vehicle.

I have used that to get low to the ground but it never let me look up.

Oh, ok. Yeah, then there is no other way to look up as far as I'm aware

I'm sure there's already one somewhere on the workshop, but if you had a free to place single parking space with no collision, then purchased a vehicle to it, and entered the first person mode, you'd be able to look up from whatever spot you wanted.

However you wouldn't be able to deliver a car to it in realistic mode if it wasn't attached to a road...
