I've not noticed a significant different in day and night behaviour in the simulation and I've been warned that changing funding back and fourth will have land value alternate which causes zone upgrading to behave erratically. Thus, differing day/night funding is discouraged. So is there a mod that just locks them together so I don't have to move two bars for any change?
