Please add a "debuff_duration_percent" parameter, which increases duration of an effects with .curio_result_type "negative" or with .tag 1. "buff_duration_percent" parameter should not affect such effects anymore. Moreover, both these parameters shouls not affect bleed and poison DOTs, since there are "hp_dot_bleed_duration_percent", "hp_dot_bleed_duration_received_percent", "hp_dot_poison_duration_percent", "hp_dot_poison_duration_received_percent" parameters for that.
