I have a six lane load (three lanes each direction.) At an intersection the opposite road is a two-lane in each direction road. That road is up a steep grade that I've given 'crooked' turns to make it up or down the hill (think Lombard Street in San Francisco.) The large six lane road refuses to allow traffic to cross into that crooked road downhill. WHY? I had to use a tool to force the issue, but the streets arrows will not 'obey.' Thoughts?
