Are there modders willing to do this?

I do not know if it already exists, but I want someone to make a "Build in all Provinces" button, so it is easier in the late game to build something fast.

you can click and drag with the middle mouse and pull up a selection box in all of those menus (Infrastructure, buildings, economy, and growth rate), but you cant increase how many times per click and drag it increases, it just stays one.
