so I downloaded a scenario from workshop, downloaded a ruleset, downloaded the map, and when I try to load it up as a standalone map, it loads perfectly fine, but when I try to load it as a scenario to play, it loads without any roads or buildings. This is true for pretty much any custom scenario I've tried downloading. please help!
