If only there was a way to publish full mods that implement massive changes like this to the workshop lol
The main thing I was looking for is changing trap placements and types, I couldn't find that at all. Am I missing something?
SOL.jxcredits must be opened with 7zip and extracted and then the extracted file can be opened in notepad++ (in fact most of the XML files seem to work that way in this game)
TBH the Devs should consider adding an override file path that users can place custom sounds and other files into, but again it's their game so they can do whatever they want I suppose.
If I had to hazard a guess I would think that traps would be designated in the first file that I mentioned - SOL.jxdat. Try searching it for relevent terms / phrases.
The sounds being password locked makes sense since they do sell the soundtrack (which I've bought anyways). My intentions here though was adding new music tracks and assigning them on certain special fights. That's probably beyond the scope of that file anyways (since the referencers of what track is used where are probably in a dll).
I wonder if the devs will expand the current editor so I'm not working within this grey area.
