Hello, my Name is Crystal. I am intersted in hiring someone to create a 2D Facerig Avatar that I can use exclusively for, Facerig.

I am not 100% on all the details necessary for this to be accomplished. As I understand, the program to be used is: http://www.live2d.com/en/download

Is there anyone willing to help me figure this out and all that? Please note: I am looking to hire someone for a commission, not get free help because I am begging. I want this done properly and correctly. ^_^
