Issue with lighting

I cant seem to get any lighting in my level when i test in-game. I've copied lights from previous maps and created my own, but i still start the game with a black level. ideas?

I've been able to get my Objects lit, along with other characters, however any of the 'ground' layers or my walls are not getting rendered it seems.

Additionally, i've ran into a strange issue where my objects are no longer rotated like they are in Tiled, when i play in-game.
