Hmm...it's basicaly just that cloud storage (possibility) option needs to be activated
in the Steam specific CK2 settings, as from the start with the game on Steam,
but it was phrased differently back then and is absolutely no news.
The second point isn't required (works for me without), the two times starting the launcher until you can select the mod has always been standard and there is no point deleting mods in the mod folder. you can have as many mods as you like in there, just not subscriptions.
Unsubscribing will neither uninstall a mod nor impossible to use.
The guide is not fixing nor mentioning the issues caused by too many mod subscriptions (51+, at least used to be an issue), by having certain Windows settings conflicting with Steam, occasionaly having to reinstall Steam completely due to update issues after awhile and cases where people reinstalled their OS, but not Steam nor the game and that leads to missing registry problems, thus with the Workshop. Nor does it mention potential workarounds. Those are the real problematic cases.
I didn't intend to critice your guide, but the suggestion by Madtoast to sticky it.
it fits well rigth next to the other guide on that topic from 2023.
Either way, it already helped someone, so you made someting right.
