monument codes

I looked the soviet.exe with (binary ninja) and there I founded some codes not much used so far in monuments.

$MONUMENT_ALCOHOL_RADIUS
$MONUMENT_ALCOHOL_STRENGTH

$MONUMENT_SPORT_KIDS_RADIUS
$MONUMENT_SPORT_KIDS_STRENGTH

$MONUMENT_RELIGION_RADIUS
$MONUMENT_RELIGTION_STRENGTH

$MONUMENT_SPORT_RADIUS
$MONUMENT_SPORT_STRENGTH

I would like to see more monument dedicated to sport not all in just loyalty.

Isn't sport kids used in new playgrounds? The rest, if works, could be utilised in billboards and roadside shrines/crosses.

Very interesting. But it is not a fact that all prescribed functions have corresponding implementations. That is, part of the function can simply be empty, not performing anything in the game.
However, please post more if you find anything else.
