Serious Question, Need a Little Help

So since I got the last CPR update I am no longer able to switch to a different Mod. No matter which one I subscribe to the game will only be Brighton vehicles. I have no problem switching uniforms, but can't see any vehicles but Brighton. I haven't changed laptops, software, or any hardware. Does anyone know how to fix this issue or if there is a fix?

Hey there, same problem... I use
"Lore friendly Brighton Police Department Skins Based on LAPD + ELS + Sirens",
And the ELS + sirens stopped working after today's update.
Autor said the problem was unsolvable for the moment. Waiting on updates from him and the community.
