The game should be much more simulated! The age rating should be changed, this was a big mistake by the developers. The action part of the game is completely lost, as you can't actually use your firearm in any situation (and there are plenty of examples). Another thing is the judgement point earned on the job, which takes your character's score for the day down, while calling the police station on the radio could negate the accidental fine. These are just some of the few problems the game is full of.
