The light settings are stored in .ini file (which in this game's case are just simple text files) and last time I checked, the old light configs where still in game files marked as _old or something. I cannot tell you at this moment where exactly are these files, because I'm away from my PC right now, but if you know what you're doing you can search through game files and look for this light config file yourself

I think it's in the .../SovietRepublic/media_soviet/weathers folder. There is night.ini and night_original.ini and I believe that night_original is the old night setting. So you probably just need to copy everything from night_original.ini into night.ini although I have no experience in modifyling light setting so I might be wrong here. Nevertheless if you want to modify this files remember to make copy of them just in case
