working on a personal mod for single player. Have some questions for anyone kind enough to help.

I already figured out how to slow the movement of all units down to 1/3 but I would also like to be able to do these things.

*Higher artillery dispersion: If you can point me to the correct file and lines to change
*Deactivate glow for units: again file and lines
*Wrecks staying forevor
*Give buildings more HP
*Give units more HP
*Change accuracy of units
*give more supply to supply
*supply units able to reinforce inf
*make it so trucks and other vehicles dont disapear after you disembark
*modifying critical damages
