Recently downloaded Rome 2 emperor edition and 1 mod to test it out
I've put "enable mods" in the launcher
I've activated mods in the mod manager (from the rome 2 startup)
the mod status has the green tick so it should all work fine (mod is not out date)
but when I run the game the mod effects are not taking place during game play

I've seen some posts on mods and tried a few of these but nothing has resolved the issue
anyone else having this issue ??
