steam tts has a deck editor you can use
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Tabletop Simulator\Modding
just drag and drops the cards into the editor and export it out
just read the Deck guide you should be good to go from there
old video but gives u the the idea of how it works

going back to the question any decks can be stack and shuffle even though there from different games / deck (hope that make sense )
in terms of size i play tts its been a while but if there sizes are vastly different like a poker size vs rectangle card. it will override it. your poker card drop into a rectangle deck becomes rectangle
by default in the good olden days i believe it was 4096x4096
