VRO, cant install equipment from other factions ?

hello :)

i started a game with the borons, bought a hydra and cant install anything (weapons, engines, shields etc) from other factions

i have only vro and vro assets installed

is this intended or is something wrong with my instalation ?

For future reference you are more likely to get specific help for VRO issues in the various VRO channels.

But as for your issue that is vanilla Boron behavior and a quick look at the VRO wiki suggests to me that that behavior has not been changed, boron ships can only equip Boron equipment.
