There are a few mods available in the workshop, take a look and see what you like. If you have specific requests, post on a few mods and see if the modders can help you :)
All these mods are made through use of the xml files, that means the things they can do are limited. Adding new game features/mechanics requires code injection and that is not available to everyone skill-wise.

Adding custom tracked items lists is easy. It's only a matter of editing the stockmenusettings.xml file to add your own list there.
