Custom random map generators
Hello everyone.
I was wondering if there is a way to create custom random map generators somehow? The default one is fine but I'm sure more interesting generators could be made if there is some way of making custom ones.
Has anyone tried if it's possible to modify the default random map generator or if there is a way to create custom scripts?

All of the important map features (height, resource patches, stone, trees) are stored as images, so a program could be made outside of the game entirely for this.
