always make sure to backup your original files.
the mod probably overwrote the turbo effect so that the new mod wouldn't include it.

you can try checking your files for errors and see if it gets replaced.
if not, reintsalling is an option or going to nexus and looking for GS weapon mods that replace the wyvern ignition skin and effects.

sometimes the authors of mods are kind enough to include the original effects so that you can restore them.

i think this one does include it.it should be the optional file called wyvern ignition impact charge.

I tried verifying files, didnt work. But Iceborne is coming soon and it will be useless anyway so I think I will just leave it like this ._.

actually I think there's an upgrade tree for the sword in iceborne so it might still be useful lol

well sorry for not being able to help, the only other thing I can think of is doing a clean re-install of the game :/ but tbh i'd probably just leave it how it is anyway (ain't nobody got time for that)
