Create AND Save a Series / Event / Championship in Single Player

Hi guys! A'm new in rf2. I would like to create a Championship for f.e. GT3. How can I do that??

In Single Player there is a Session Button, there I can see all tracks and cars, but In can't do / save there anytihing. Why??

P.S.:

I saw the Video https://youtu.be/QZiLoR1Vlzk (2013-2014?) with rf2 launcher. But where is this launcher? How Can i start it? Isn't in steam anymore? With this launcher you could create a series fr single player. How Can I create it now?

The other option - rf2 log analyzer: I don't understand it much. How can I create a Championship there. Its too complicated, in my opnion.
