hey i have no luck in modding would appreciate someone helping mod an already existing mod for me,

dei rotr overhaul (the newer one with the latin title) if someone could make it 4 tpy instead of 12 i would really appreciate that, otherwise i need a mod that changes rotr so that tarachuna doesn't immediately attack veii.
