How would I make a Distorted Eileen skin? I basically just want the vanilla one but replacing the nonexistent melee animations with her ranged animation.
I did some digging through the files and couldn't find her sprites, so I couldn't make a workshop skin mod even if I wanted to. How do I find her sprites and assemble them into a functional skin mod?

Any guides out there on how to use the program, because I have no clue where to start or what file to open to start.
