DEI Predicted income is f*cked??

I understand that income will change due to supply lines & the like but in my latest run whenever I click, NOT move, merely click on an army it reduces by 400, sometimes even as much as 1,000 to my predicted income.

Is my game screwed? Cos this seems buggy as hell!

Or even moving an army within the same region will somehow cost me 200. Just moving them, not into port or town.

Not used to DEI, thought it was a solid mod, is this just a random thing? Should I start again & pray it doesn't happen or do I need to edit some files or summin?

Any help is appreciated!
