That’s really easy to do. Just load up the Editor and make a new mod. Place a new npc somewhere and modify their trader inventory to have a bunch of grenades and parts. Though, if you want to make one. I’d probably suggest to add one grenade merchant to each level of the game.

Or just edit a vanilla merchant and give them lots of grenades
