WORLD SCENARIO
Is it something possible to realize ?

I remember KoH_1 had a mod with a world map which unfortunately was not navigable from East to West...

don't think so
In Knights of Honor II\Maps\europe you can see a plenty of binary files. AFAIK nobody but the devs have or know anything about the tools used to produce or manipulate these, so unless you're keen to get reverse engineering with a hex editor I don't think there'll be any map changes until after a modding overhaul.

that is sad, I really hope for a map editor or a mod that will fix the borders soon
