I had the same issue once, make sure the SteamID for the uploader is the same as Sky Rogue. This will make it so that Steam thinks you're running Sky Rogue (and will display it as such) when it's actually the uploader app doing its thing.

Now its telling me that "Either the provided app ID is invalid or doesn't match the consumer app ID of the item or, you have not enabled ISteamUGC for the provided app ID on the Steam Workshop Configuration App Admin page." What do I do now?

No problem, uploading to the workshop is only this tedious at the start.

Okay when I try to fly my plan there's some weird geometry on the left wing and tailplane that is not present in the model; what am I doing wrong? Why does my mod download with a .wings file instead of .obj like the other mods? I used the uploaded tool with a .obj.

Ok I was looking at the wrong file location, I did upload the .obj correctly; I still can't figure out what's wrong with my plane though.

Wings may do some weird things if the geometry isn't super well defined, you might have a face that's missing a few lines connecting some vertices here and there.
