Connecting Transmissions
wanted to try out creating a vehicle and I've got a good frame and body built up so far but now I'm going to implement the drivetrain stuff and when I connect the transmission to the engine and to the wheels it says "not used" and loading into test mode the blocks show not connected since they don't load in with my machine. How do they work properly and what am I missing/doing wrong?

Make sure all the nodes of the transmission are connected to something else. The transmission part has no actual physics and is just a floppy link to the engine lol. Also, if you have two unconnected halves of your car (if you decided to build the middle last for some reason) a transmission piece between the two will not connect them. Finally, make sure the end of the transmission is connected to the blue dot directly in the middle of the wheel, not the one on the end of the wheel's stick.
I'm pretty much the only person that still watches steam discussions for this game but if you say something, I will definitely see it.
