wasd map movement

I am looking for a keyboard shortcut mod that has wasd bound to map movement as the arrow keys are by default. I should perhaps learn how to edit hotkeys myself, but i thought maybe someone has already done what I want. Any help shall be appreciated.

AFAIK it is not possible for a mod to change the hotkeys for the map movement. You would need an external tool which maps WASD to the arrow keys

I don't think the way the game handles mods lets them change hotkeys unfortunately, and there's no in-game settings for that either

But, like another commenter on here said, there's external tools that could do that.
If you're on Windows, i'd recommend trying AutoHotkey, it's free and there's plenty of tutorials for it online. You could set it up so that WASD maps to the arrow keys, and have it run whenever you start the game
