Cars dissapear once they park

so i realize i have this problem on some of the condo apartments or buildings or entertainment places , the citizens park their cars in front of it then cars dissapear even if i have available parking spots , where can be the problem if u guys experienced that before , thanks a lot

The pocket cars of CS.
That is no problem for your citizens. When they are going to leave the house, they will just put the car back (out of the air or their pocket).
Would be really very nice to have such ability in real life.

You go into TM/PE, into policies and turn on "Parking AI", this forces the citizens to actively search for a parking spot and 'eliminates' the pocket car. Make sure you got enough parking spaces around though. :-)

I have the same issue. I have TMPE and parking lots + parking lots snapping. I did not add any new mods since at least 3 to 4 months, and it only happened since I started a new city 2 weeks ago. However I added some new assets (I'll try to see if there is the issue).
Turning on/off parking AI in TMPE does not change this behavior.
