I know you can do a rebirth pill to make someone mortal and allow them to select a new law. But when you do that you lose your character creation perks. Which if you're using custom made perks (backgrounds, whatever they're called) you could lose a lot of skills or attributes. This seems rough as the only way to change.

For example, I start my campaign with my protagonist selecting Chariot law, because I want them to be a swordsman. And I have good swordsman traits selected. But then I unlock Seven Slaughtering Law in game. And I want to use THAT one now. But I'd have to rebirth them and lose their traits to get into 7SS law. Is there no work around?
