I've made a lot of mutators for UT2004 and UT3. I would like to make some for Toxikk but I can't find much info. I found the ToxikkModdingTeam github but that's about it. I assume the process is similar to making UT3 mutators? Is the game's script source available?

With Epic officially killing off UT, maybe we can keep the dream alive in Toxikk.
