Does it work if you use the stock one from the sample mods? (without any modification at all, just a copy/paste of the file)
EDIT: i uploaded my thumbnail and it works now. Uh. can you tell me what i did wrong?. was i suppose to upload the stock first then the custom thumb? or was i suppose to copy that into my modfolder and modifying the image , theeen saving in there to upload?. i'd love to know . so i dont do this again .
No it should work without using the stock one first, but I wanted to see if it would work with a "valid" JPG. What software are you using to create the thumbnail? Maybe it creates JPGs that Steam doesn't recognize.
