you cant really use guns.
you can point one if they run while searching

Lethal Force is the last option in this game. You rely on Stun Guns to stop a criminal from fleeing. You lose the game if you're required to shoot your suspects dead.

I know but this game is boring and why even put a gun if you're never going to have the chance of using it.. This is a game and it really stinks

You can use the stungun at a fleeing suspect. Give yourself some - on CP, but it works.

I hope if they don't like to put guns for everyone than they will make it as a DLC so anyone could choose and of course everyone will be happy :D

I don't think guns will ever be needed. It would take EFFORT to create a situation where suspects could attempt to take an officer's life. The devs hate having to work so instead they pump out DLCS which didn't take really any work to create.
