There are a couple ways to play them. If 'Workshop' is listed in your main menu, click on or select it. You can click on Levels in either of the lists (there are 2, the 3rd is to edit whichever level). Or, if you're playing the regular game you have to use your mouse to move over the Additional Levels, and click on it from there. You can't get to it using a controller.
