I can update my workshop item ok, but once I do, it doesn't seem to get automatically picked up by my server when I restart. What seems to happen is that it holds on to a cached version, but sees that the signature has changed in the workshop, so skips using it. It just doesn't get loaded into the game.

If clean out the cache: steamapps/common/qlds/steamapps/workshop

When I restart the server it re-downloads all the workshop items (including my changed one) and everything works again.

I suspect I am doing something wrong. I think the change should be detected on server start-up and the new version downloaded, replacing the cached version.

Ideas where I am going wrong?
